Customer Reviews:

  Excellent Novel (11 March 2010)
LOVED this book.. as I couldn't put it down as I wanted to know what happened around the next corner so to speak.. am not the best reviewer.. But this book is well worth the money you will spend on it.. and will leave you with a warmness in your heart and a smile on your face...

Another wonderful Jane Austin-like tale (11 March 2010)
If you like Jane Austin's stories or are merely interested in historical apothecary facts you should enjoy this one.

  Tearjerker (11 March 2010)
The last few chapters of this book had me in tears. Very well written with well developed characters. The protagonist is a true feminist!

  really enjoyable (10 March 2010)
interesting era we used to live in as a women. the characters come alive. enjoy

Fairly Decent Regency Read (09 March 2010)
"The Apothecary's Daughter" is a well researched, well written foray into the Regency Period. While there were times I felt the author tried too hard to be Jane Austen, the book is a lively read with fun and funny characters, a bunch of good foils and a lovely ending. While not "the best novel ever" it's worth a read.
